DOCUMENT CLOUD IS NOT HIPAA COMPLIANT THIS IS A COMPLAINT

I have Adobe Pro DC and it is impossible to get a BAA without an enterprise account for a minimum of $1500 a year.  Stop advertising and saying that you are HIPAA compliant.  So frustrated.

 And it goes on and on.
