Document cloud not saving the edited .pdf

Hi, I filled in a pdf document on my laptop and saved it to document cloud, I opened Adobe app on my Android and searched under Document Cloud but the pdf did not appear there, I searched recent docs and found it but when I opened the pdf up none of the details I filled in appear, what could be the problem?
