Document Cloud: Printing to a flash drive in Windows 10

I have Adobe Document Cloud. Since updating to windows 10, a few websites won't allow me to print OR save my pdf DIRECTLY to a flash drive, only to the hard drive, forcing me to save it there and move it. VERY ANNOYING! Any ideas?

    Hi kilroywh,

    Is there any error code or error message while printing or saving as PDF?

    Let me know the exact dot version of Acrobat Pro DC installed on your computer?

    Also let me know the steps followed by you to Print/Save the PDF ?

    Hello Aadesh,

    This is the first chance I've had to get in here; I wasn't ignoring you.

    The version is 2015.006.30097

    When I type the file name, the yellow triangle/exclamation point warning comes up and says: "File not found. Check the name and try again". Even if I just try it with the default name to change it later, the same thing happens.

    This happens occasionally with "Save As" too; sometimes this works, sometimes not. Sometimes it's the bank, sometimes it's other sites, but not all the time or on all sites, and it's VERY frustrating.
