Document cloud Review comments are disappearing

I send pdfs for review on acrobat (document cloud) and the people who are making comments on the shared document have reported that some of their comments are disappearing. (Example: They've said that 6 comments will be made. The comments show up as they normally would when comments or highlights are posted. Then next time they open the document, only 2 or 3 out of the 6 comments are saved.) Is there an explanation for this? They've also mention they don't see a connection warning or pop up error notification when this happens.

looking at the description given above, seems the problem is when reviewers adding comment to the shared review its appears but later in its missing?

Can you confirm the exact version of Acrobat DC you are using to initiate the shared review? Open Acrobat DC>Help>About Acrobat

Here is a quite old but similar discussion about the same problem: Comments missing or PDF review hangs in Acrobat or Reader 11.0.09 refer to the steps suggested, as there are few would relates to the current version too.
