Document Cloud Review Service Limitations - File or Comment Size limitations

This document lists the recommended limits for the Document Cloud review service. Exceeding these limits may create some problems.

Comments | limits

Comments in a review file cannot be saved if they exceed these limits:

• Maximum number of comments = 1000
• Maximum size (in Bytes) of total comments = 1572864
• Maximum characters in a single comment = 2500
• Maximum number of users mentioned in a single comment = 10

Reviewers or participants | limits

• A review cannot have more than 250 reviewers or participants.

Downloading a file with comments may fail if the following limit is exceeded:

• The review file is larger than 50MB.
