Document conversion rules

I recently used the Adobe platform to convert a DOCX document to a PDF file. I didn't have an account at the time and didn't realise this was necessary in order to retrieve the file. I'm just wondering if that file has been deleted or is still sitting on Adobe's server.

Can anyone enlighten me?

Thank you in advance.

    Hi youthful_character8594,

    Thank you for reaching out.

If you do not sign in after converting the file, it will be deleted from the server shortly. It is not possible to retrieve that file now.

For more information, refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3XQWkUX

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
