Document Format Issues

I am on Windows 10, using Word 2010. The document I want to convert is 2 pages per sheet, landscape. It converts using the PDF Pack to single page portrait. I need to send to a copy center in the proper format. It used to do it correctly.  What can I do to fix?

Hi Nancy Wittenberg,

Please let us know the dot version of Adobe application you are using.

Also share the exact workflow you do to convert the document.

Is this issue occurs with a particular document? Try to replicate the issue with other document.
