My files saved on the IPad, are not uploading on Document Cloud. At first, it says the file is saved, but then a red notification informs it was unable to upload the file to Documet Coud.

Hey there,

 

Sorry to see the trouble caused. For better understanding, please check the following- 

  1. Are you experiencing trouble uploading all the files or specific one?
  2. Try switching Internet connection to a different one and check back.
  3. What if you locate to Document Cloud folder, do you see these document uploaded there? 
  4. Login on Document Cloud web https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ and check the same
