Documents disappeared

After resetting password as instructed gain access, but the documents I had disappeared.

    Please let me know what happened to your file in more details.

    If you export or convert your files to PDF using our services(using ExportPDF or CreatePDF) then files are stored at Acrobat.com(https://files.acrobat.com).
