Question

Documents DO NOT LOAD in Adobe Acrobat Web

I've been unable to work as a company through the Adobe Acrobat website for three days now, as documents won't load and the tool buttons won't work. Support agents are just stalling and offering no solutions. I've tried everything, and the conclusion is that the problem is with Adobe's servers, but they don't want to take responsibility. As a community, do you know of any patch solution so we can work? Adobe won't respond. Thank you in advance.

Hi grupo_masgestion_5680,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

We checked, and the service is working fine. Please try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. Could you try to open the application on an alternate browser or the new incognito window on Chrome?

Please check if only the documents are not visible. Are you able to use other features without any issues?

Thanks,

Meenakshi

This is a lie. I tried all the available browsers on many computers, erasing all the browsing data and the firewall, and it doesn't work. It's a shame how they wash their hands of their incompetence.

@grupo_masgestion_5680 when it comes to internet issues, @Meenakshi Negi (and Adobe) isn't going to be the main culprit; sometimes internet issues can be your modem, router, or internet provider. My internet provider can be horrendous on some evenings to the point that I need to use phone data as a hotspot versus using my home wi-fi. So, aybe refrain from calling them 'incompetence' — because calling us that, means, Adobe or staff won't be helping you as quickly as you hope? Is that what you want? Be kind!

Instead, I am going to suggest to stop using 'Adobe Acrobat Web' and instead, download and use the Desktop version; No internet is needed for that, unless, you plan to do signing or sharing.
