Does Adobe actually do anything to help solve issues ?
Despite having the same issue for days which is being unable to export PDF to a readable JPEG format I am still stuck with a product I've paid for that doesn't work and have received no help apart from a staff member telling me I may have the wrong program!
It would appear Adobe has the usual "too big to care" customer service unless your a multi-national!!! Has anyone else had issues like this?
