Does Adobe Cloud offer the ability to share and collaborate a PDF that can be marked-up online as with imagery with the Pen tool?

Hi,

Can someone share a PDF of imagery so that the collaborator can use the Pen tool to mark-up (circle, x-out, arrow to move here) with the pen tool, online, in the Adobe Document Cloud?

You can share pdf files using Adobe Doc Cloud, but you can not mark-up online and collaborate.

However, you might find 'share for commenting' feature of Acrobat DC interesting : Acrobat Help | Starting a PDF review
