Does Adobe Export PDF create an encrypted file/folder?

I recently bought Adobe Export PDF. Now whenever I run Norton Backup, I receive and error message indicating that the backup failed beacuse of unidentified encrypted files in my backup attempt. Does Adobe Export PDF create an encrypted file/folder which I cannot see or unencrypt? Thanks, Terry

Hello Terry,

As I understand from the description above, you want to know whether Adobe ExportPDF creates an encrypted file/folder as you are getting an error message while running a backup through Norton that it's unable to back up the files due to unidentified encrypted files, Is that correct?

When you convert/export any PDF into editable Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Rich Text formats files, the conversion occurs on the server(cloud), so it does not create any encrypted files or folders.
