I paid for a subscription but when I try to use is, it ask me to pay again.

    Hi terrytwo,

    It can take a little while for your order to process (and today is an especially busy day at Adobe with a large product launch). That said, once you receive your verification email, make sure that you follow the link in that document to verify your account. Then, sign in to the service using your Adobe ID and password. (That message will appear if you're not logged on.)
