Doesn't recognise account

I have an account, fully paid up. When opening a document sent as an attachment to an email from a colleague, it opens it outside of my account, and therefore I can't access any of the things I pay for. Am I missing something really simple here? I'm logged in at the time I'm opening it. Thanks

This is happening across multiple users at my work place. There is a subscription error, I can't do anything other than basic view and comment on PDFS at the moment in Adobe Pro DC.f
