Don`t find my files after cancelation acrobat dc pro trail!

Question

I canceled my trail subsricption of acrobat reader pro. Now I can`t find my created documents in my files. In don`t find it in the creative Cloud Files and not on my PC, where I actually saved them.  Where do I find them or are they gone forever?

Hi Christophk,

As you have mentioned above about Acrobat DC trial, so I assume that you had your file saved on Document Cloud storage of Acrobat DC.

If you are unable to access the Document Cloud storage under Acrobat DC app, then you may login online on https://cloud.acrobat.com/folder/c53fbc85-3f0f-4393-86ee-43fb1ae6bacc and try accessing the from there.

Let us know if it still doesn't work.
