Double charged both the previous CreatePDF (PDF Pack) and the current Adobe Acrobat Standard

I changed my subscription from CreatePDF (PDF Pack) to Adobe Acrobat Standard (online, monthly payment) from December 2014, but you charged the both payments for CreatePDF ($10.46 on 12/1) and  Standard ($12.55 on 12/2) in December on my credit card and no deduction was shown in the January statement. Won't you credit $10.46 for Dec 2014?
