I ordered Adobe Acrobat online and did not get an email to download.  If i track the order number it does not recognise it.  Why is this ?

    I've checked your account. Your order is still pending. But, you can download your software from this page: Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X. Once it's installed, and your order has processed, you'll be able to "activate" your software by signing in with your Adobe ID and password.
