"Download error" cause seem not relevant. why cannot download.

Question

HelloI see again "Download error" when I tried to download a converted file. The file size is only 1.2MB.  I only selected 1 file while there are 12 files in my folder. I recall this has happened in the past and forgot how to workaround... But I think there is something fundamenally doing wrong or missing something.I tried to download the other file (the converted word file), the same error. Any insight would be appreciated.Thanks Sam

This seems to be wierd behavior. Could you please let us know if you are downloading the file from Acrobat Online account?

Would you mind sharing the screenre cording of what happens?

Did you try to download the other fiuels before you received the error message?
