Can I download Acrobat Pro XI again?

I want to buy the program but it has not been possible because in my country is not available. I need it urgently!

It sounds to me that you're trying to purchase an Acrobat.com subscription (for example, ExportPDF or Adobe PDF Pack), but they aren't available in all countries. Acrobat, on the other hand is more widely available. Please see www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html.

When you do purchase, it's necessary to have a credit card mailing address in this same country as the Adobe Store you're buying from.

Hi Sara:

Please, help me as fast as you can. My situation is this: I have not a credit card to buy by Internet. I live in Colombia and I need continue using Acrobat Pro XI because I translate PDF documents from English to Spanish. I have said you last days it has no been possible to buy the product because a message says that product is not available in my country. You sent to me another option "Acrobat, on the other hand is more widely available. Please see www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html." but It is not clear what and How I have to do.

Hence, I need an explanation 'step by step'. A link or detailed process, by which I can buy Acrobat XI Pro soon. Is there a Store here where I can get it? can I do a consignment? if a got a credit card, the PC where I pay with it would be the pc where the program is installed? not?.

As you can read I need your help in order to resolve those doubts. I hope your definitely answer

Hi Escriturasinlimites,

If you've already installed the trial on one computer, and that trial has expired, you won't be able to start a new trial. Are you trying to purchase an Acrobat subscription? Or a subscription for one of the Acrobat.com online services?
