Downloaded pdf application form will not allow save action. What is the problem?

I have downloaded a funding application form from Harcourts Foundation. They require me to fill it in save, and send it back to them.  However when I try to save it states that you cannot save data typed into this form.  If I try to "save as" it just states Adobe can only save a blank copy of this form.

This problem started when I downloaded the latest security update from Adobe today. I would appreciate some help. Thank you.
