I am unable download my covert pdf to excel. Also when I try to convert to pdf to excel within acrobat it says "An error occurred while signing in" but I can access my account info at the top of the document

    Hi bond6343,

    It sounds as though you may be trying to access ExportPDF via Adobe Reader, is that correct? If so, please choose Help > Check for Updates in Reader to make sure that you have the most current version (Reader 11.0.09 is the current version).Then, sign out, and sign back in.

    If you do happen to be accessing ExportPDF via a web browser, log out, clear the browser cache, and then log back in.
