downloading package to new computer

I currently subscribe to PDF pack with other apps...I changed computers and would like to download the PDF back to new computer but the web page only gives me the option to purchase the package...Need info on how to upload my purchases to my new computer

      We apologize for the delay in response.

      Yes, this is correct and your account information shows that you have subscribed for the Adobe PDF Pack. PDF Pack can not be downloaded.

      However, PDF Pack subscription can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/  or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

      Make sure that you are "Signing In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase and you have installed the correct application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.
