Downloading problem

I tried to download from cic website IMM527 form but it did not work. It says that I need a latest version of Adobe and I have it already.  I followed instructions on how download the form form cic help but still now working.  Is there anything I can do or somebody else advise me on what to do.  Thank you for the help.

    I'd love to help you figure out what's going on. Are you trying to view the form in a browser, or downloading it to open it in Reader or Acrobat?  If you're trying to view it in a browser, what web browser/OS are you using?est,
