Downsizing a pdf in order to upload

I have purchased and downloaded Adobe Creative cloud in order to upload a form. I have to downsize it and cannot figure out how to do this. Can any one help?

    As per the issue description mentioned above, you want to reduce the size of a pdf, is that correct?

    On checking the details for your account using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for  acrobat pro dc.
