The dropdown option does not get rendered, works fine when using desktop version of Adobe Fill & Sign and also iBook on iPad. I have seen other posts regarding the same issue, but none of them seems to have a solution.

Adobe Fill and Sign is used if you have a non-interactive pdf or form and you want to type on it.
If you have an interactive form with drop-down menus you should view or fill the same using Adobe Reader app on the mobile device instead of Fill and Sign app.
