Hallo,

ich bin ziemlich verzweifelt. Kann mir bitte jemand helfen!

Mein Adobe CreatePDV Desktop Printer funktioniert nicht. Bei der Installation wird folgender Bildschirm gezeigt:

Was hat das zu bedeuten?

    Hi Bergfex79,

    I do apologize, as I'm having a hard time reading the text in the image because it's so small,  but it looks to me as though the installer is asking for your Adobe ID and password.

    Please let me know if that works for you.

    Hi Sara,

    you are right. I know my Adobe ID an my passwort, but I don`t know, where I can fill it in. Some description let me know, that I have to look in "Hardware and Printer" - but there is no possibility to fill in my ID an passwort.
