Duplicating Annual Renewal Payment

In trying to change my credit card number and expiry date in order to renew, the system has assumed that I am a new person applying. Unless altered I will subscribe to Adobe Acrobat twice per annum. How does one go about correcting this?

    Hi Mr. Brown,

    I checked your account and see that you do have two subscriptions to ExportPDF; one placed back in September 2012, and one placed today. I would like to cancel the new order for you, but it is currently processing, so I'll have to wait until processing is complete. Then, I'll cancel that and process a full refund.

    To change your credit card number, please log in to www.adobe.com, and find your plan under My Plans & Products. Click Manage Plan, and then Manage Payment Details. You can change your credit card number here without fear of creating a second subscription.
