During conversion when hit "convert" it comes back and says "an error occurred while logging in"?

Hi Sethjjones,

As shared above, I assume that you have been trying the conversion using the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?

You may check the same through- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and let us know if that makes a difference.

Also, this might be the problem with one particular document. So you may check the different file and see if that's converting or giving the same error.

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to- https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8841

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Akanchha
