I am trying to convert a PDF to Word. Every time I hit "convert" it comes back and says "an error occurred while logging in"?

Hi Sethjjones,

As shared above, I assume that you have been trying the conversion using the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?

You may check the same through- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and let us know if that makes a difference.

Also, this might be the problem with one particular document. So you may check the different file and see if that's converting or giving the same error.
