During the pdf to excel conversion get "unexpected error"

Do nada, quando envio algum arqui em PDF para transformar em Excel ou Word, durante o processo acusa erro inesperado, e já verifiquei e não é problema com internet. Gostaria de saber o que fazer para corrigir o problema.

As the description given above, you get the unexpected error during conversion. Could you please confirm the conversion? How exactly you doing it?

Try online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/ and check with the different web browser.

Also, check with a different file and see if same thing happen.

If nothing works then you may send a sample file to us to the email shared in private message.

Já tentei em outro navegador mas o erro é o mesmo.

Segue o print da tela com o erro que aparece.

Fico no aguardo de instruções para solução.
