Hi 

 

can you advise if I can add users to my account so other staff members can send/recive e signature documents  or do i need a different plan for this

Hi Phil,

 

Sorry for the delay on response.

 

We have checked your account and see that you are subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC which includes the Adobe Sign individual plan.

It is not possible to add users in the account. It is an individual plan and can be used by the owner of the susbcription.
