E-Signing temporarily Not Available

In Acrobat Online, I get the following message when clicking "Request E-signature":

"E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

 

In the desktop version,, I get this message when I click "Specify where to sign": 

"Authentication failed"

 

In other words, no E-signing is possible, although my account looks fine. Could you please tell me if it is a server issue or something else please?

    @ramona_5800 according to the Adobe Status, https://status.adobe.com, the Document Cloud is green; I would clear your history, cache and cookies of your web browser; restart your computer and try again
