Edited PDF doesn't match the format when editing and when saved

Hello,

I'm currently using Adobe Fill & Sign and there are some parts on my PDF that need to be filled in by cells/blocks.

I did use the corresponding cell/block filler but when I tried to save the pdf after editing, all the letters look like it was incorrectly misplaced on each cell/block.

Is there any way I could fill-up the form and get the same format/look when I save them?
