Editing a PDF - after already having PDF Pack acct

It doesn't matter how many times I try, but everytime I use this Adobe PDF pack that I have paid money for I cannot edit the PDF.  It requires me to select "Edit Pdf" then the only choices are to pay another $24.95 a month to add it to the capabilities.   If I don't get an answer from Adobe then I am cancelling, this has been a several months long issue,
