    Hi slocante,

Do I understand correctly that you've already used ExportPDF to convert a PDF file to Word format? If so, what happens when you try to edit the file in Word (and what version of Word are you using)? It may be that the PDF was created from a scanned document, and that the image text wasn't converted to searchable/selectable text (by a process called OCR, or Optical Character Recognition).

However, OCR is enabled by default when you convert via the ExportPDF website. So, provided that the correct language was selected for OCR, then you should have selectable text in your Word doc.

I look forward to hearing back from you with a few more details about the problem you're running into in Word.

    Best,

    Sara

    Sara:

Your questions for me gave me the answers I needed. I was trying to edit from the Adobe account, rather than opening in Word.

    Thanks for your help.
