Editing pdf Metadata according to document text.

Is there a way to tailor pdf metadata in Action Wizard according to document text automatically?

I was looking for a way to automate deriving a title from the text of a pdf document, which is text searchable, and then bulk applying each individual title to the document. Would be grateful for any suggestions in how to achieve this, and if it was possible?
