Editing Pencast PDFs

I'd like to know if it is possible to edit a pencast PDF in acrobat.  The pencast pdf has a .iml file and a .m4a file.  I can extract the .m4a file and edit it, but I don't know how to put it back in.  Does anyone have a suggestion?

This page [adobe.com] indicates it might be possible but doesn't indicate how.

    I still haven't found a satisfactory answer to this question.  Any help would be appreciated.
