When I am receiving emails there are attachments that say no name they are attaching another email and it does not let me open it from my email?

    I'd like to assist!

    I see you have our ExportPDF subscription. First, I wanted you to know you currently have two subscriptions. Would you like me to cancel one for you?

    Second, I would recommend never opening an email attachment from someone you do not know. The attachments you have received do not sound safe. Have you tried notifying your email client? If not, please do.

    Hi Stacy thanks much yes I only need one I thought I needed that other one

    to open these attachments but they are copies of their emails in that

    format I will discuss with them.
