Empty Dialogue Box

Question

When I try to protect my document using a password, the dialogue box that pops up where I input the password I want to use is blank. It is completely white and there is no option to put in a password or even "x" out of the box. I have to hit escape to make it disappear. I have looked and there are no updates that I need to install.

Could you please let us know if you are using the desktop application to add the password to PDF?

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the Pop-up box that appears?

Did you check if the issue occurs with all the files?
