Hi eps1l074,

You can change the language of the user interface by following these instructions:

  1. Choose Acrobat > Preferences (Mac OS) or Edit > Preferences (Windows).
  2. Choose Language from the list of Categories.
  3. Choose English from the Application Language pop-up menu, and click OK.
  4. Close and restart Acrobat.

Did you get Acrobat as part of a Creative Cloud subscription? If so, please see Creative Cloud Acrobat asking for a serial number, saying my trial period has expired.

Best,

Sara

I tried this solution but as i wrote in my question the application now doesn't work because i finished the trial period. From the beginning, my serial number has not been accepted and the application has worked only in in trial mode. I tried to reinstall all using the serial number but now it doesn't start anymore.

"From the beginning, my serial number has not been accepted"

Then why didn't you mention this fact? It would have saved you time.

Ok, some questions

1. Did you purchase from Adobe or from somewhere else?

2. Is this an UPGRADE  purchase?

3. Is it asking for a QUALIFYING license?

4. What is the exact message about the serial number?
