I HAVE ACROBAT DC AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW I CAN REMOVE SOME TEXTE ON MY SHEET

Looking at your account information seems that you are a subscriber of Adobe PDF Pack subscription. If you are willing to erase text from the pdf then you need to use "Edit Tool", which doesn't come with the PDF Pack subscription.
