ereader

hi i just purchased a hipstreet e reader, i know nothing abt it , i thought it would come with books but it doesnt, i have downloaded the info from your site, tried to use one of the free books as a starter,but i dont know how to do this? if i did download it where is it? is it on my computer? if yes where? and how do i get it on my ereader? uhhhhh please help
