Error 500: Internal Server Error

I'm getting the 'error 500: Internal Server Error' when trying to review Indesign creative review comments. 

I've read all the 'try this' on here and other help websites but nothing works and it all points to problems at Adobe server end so there is nothing I can do!

 

As I'm sure Adobe will apreciate, the creative industry use these products and time is money and we work to deadlines. 

 

Please get this fixed or this 'creative review link' option is useless and we'll stop using it.
