I keep receiving the same error when trying to convert a PDF to Excel; "An error occurred while trying to access the service"  What do I do?

Are you attempting to do the conversion from Adobe Reader, or through the web client (https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf)? If through Reader, I suspect that the problem is that you are using an older version and need to upgrade to Adobe Reader DC (Free!) at https://get.adobe.com/reader.
