Why do I get an error when trying to log in to convert a PDF to Excel on online converter?

    Try to change the browser.

    Is it happening with all the files ?

    The error occurs when I try to sign in to convert.  The log on I.D. is correct and I even reset my password.  I checked my subscription and it is up to date.  I'm not sure how to change the browser as it isn't apparent what browser it is using to sign in.  I open the PDF file then do file save as word or excel online and get the error after entering my password. I have had no issues before?
