Error Code A12E6 during the installation of Acrobat XI Pro. Help?

Hi, I successfully downloaded trial version of Acrobat XI Pro, but ran into problem when I clicked Adobe Application Manager.  The dialogue says:" Sorry, there seems to be a problem with the installation process (Error Code: A12E6).  Can someone please help?

    I suggest that you ask in the appropriate Acrobat forum (this is the forum for Acrobat.com online services).  And tell them your operating system.
