Buongiorno, nel momento in cui cerco di esportare un pdf in word mi dice "errore di coversione" si è verificato un problema durante il caricamento. Sono mesi ormai che non riesco a usare il vs. programma e non riesco a contattare l'assitenza. Grazie

As per the description above, you are not able to export a PDF file to Word as getting conversion error, Is that correct?
As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for Export PDF.
Try exporting the PDF file through the URL: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

If you are using the freeware Adobe Reader and getting the error message, please sign out and sign back in Adobe Reader DC using your current Adobe ID and password, and check for any pending updates from help>check for updates. Reboot the machine after installing updates and try exporting the PDF file.
