Error encountered while saving, edited document closed. When reopened, all edits gone, all efforts gone.

For an organisation this big, you should have a background saving system that saves peroidcally, like Gmail.

All edits done by Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, while signed into Acrobat.com.
