Error Encoutered Access Denied

When trying to instal Acrobat Pro 11, my download gets to around 60-70% complete and then stops, displaying a message "Error Encounteres - Access Denied."  Can anyone offer assistance please?

    Hi Ben Hearn,

    Please let me know the following details so that i can assist you better:

    • Are you using any proxy server to connect to internet?
    • Are there any download limit on the Network connection you are using ? If yes, In that case, I would recommend you to use a different network to Download Acrobat Pro 11‌.
    • Try saving the the setup file to a different location instead of the default downloads location.
    • Do you see any specific error code along with the error message?
