get response "We have encountered a critical error....Please try again later

unable to fetch base_uris from files tier"

I have a valid Export PDF account and an internet connection with no firewall.

Does anything on this site work?

Sorry for the delay.

This could be an intermittent issue with the website, as services are up and running fine now. If you are still experiencing the same issue, then please follow the following troubleshooting steps-

1- Try converting a different file, as this could be a file specif issue.

2- Check with a different web browser- https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf

3- If getting the error message on desktop application, then check with the website https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf .
